The Lobby at Willow Brook Lodge

When you’re here, you’re family.  We want you to feel right at home at Willow Brook Lodge.  What better way to do that than to share all of our Family Lodge Facts with you?  After all, it is your new home away from home!

To help show you around, let’s start with a tour of the first thing you see when you walk through the front door, the lobby at Willow Brook Lodge.  Don’t worry, with a 24 hour front desk there’s always a friendly face waiting to greet you!

One of the first things you’ll notice is our beautiful sitting area near the seasonal gas fireplace.  Enjoy a cup of our fresh, hot coffee from 7am to 11pm every day while reminiscing with friends and family or challenge one of them to a game. 

Located next to our sitting area is the Business center. Need to access the internet but didn’t bring your laptop? NO problem! Just use the complimentary Business Center.

Also located in our lobby is an extensive brochure area where you can find everything from local street maps to menus for area restaurants.  Looking for that perfect memento of your Willow Brook Stay? Stop by our lobby! We have souvenir postcards, mugs, tumblers, shirts, sweatshirts, and hats for sale. For your postcards, stamps may purchased at the Front Desk and the friendly staff will be happy to mail them for you. 

Heading to Dollywood?  You can purchase discounted Dollywood tickets right at the front desk.  No need to wait in line at the theme park! Spend more time playing instead of waiting in line to purchase tickets.
